Hi Mike, interesting read as always. Thanks for sharing about some of challenges on metrics. Goodhart's law is also related to this, especially if some of these measures do become targets for teams. Re: success vs health; I agree with your sentiment. However, a health metric that moves more frequently and is indeed related to a success metric can be more motivating to the team.

Hi Ercan, good point about Goodhart's law and I agree about a good metric can be motivating. I'd love to see metrics semi-personalized for teams based on the phase that they working.
