Some moments demand more structure, while others require more autonomy.
Excellent thinking. The only thing I'd add: what if the team could sense when they're in the wrong formation and shift on their own? You focus on the leader noticing and reshaping conditions, but with enough trust, the system wouldn't need to wait for that intervention.
